    Cheers AtLarge

We too have a blessing from the weather Gods. We will ride in spirit in this cause.

I hope to see some pics as well.

    Respect!

Unequivocally the best looking bike at the meet.

Nice pics AtLarge. Looks like a good time was had by all.

Our Manchester ride went well. Over 130 made it out so a great turnout.

I got up at 7. First job was to pack the picnic on the bike then get myself ready . . .

The ride went well with over 130 bikes taking part and clear blue skies. The weather Gods did look after us.

We had one minor mishap when Sammy’s bike refused to start to go home. Well she did buy a yamahahahahaha. Anyway a nice man from the AA came out and fixed it. Only took him about 2 1/2 hours to find a broken wire in the middle of the harness that had previously been bodged and cunningly disguised. Well done that man!

Good job we had had a hearty picnic on the grass.

    Hi guys (and gals),

well done and very nice outfit !
    I can’t cope with that ๐Ÿ˜‰

I have attended the Munichs DGR and there where approx 250 attendees !

    Here some pics:

The group picture was done at the Munich Kรถnigsplatz [Koenigsplatz].
It was like a flash mob !
Hundreds of people parked their bikes in front and placed themselves on the steps of that building, an official group picture was done by a drone (small remote controlled helicopter) and suddenly everyone was gone !

We left as the latest ones in a group with seven people, heading out of Munich towards our homes in the same area, approx 50 to 70 km away.
I’ve led that group with mixed speed from 80 to max. 100 km/h as it was quite cold and the clothing wasn’t the best to ride a bike ๐Ÿ˜‰

It was fun, nice bikes to look at and we have three new group members to our local bike / caferacer group.

Looking forward to next years DGR !

    Cheers, Michael

Nice pics and bikes Michael. You scrub up quite well Sir.

We did the Manchester ride this year. I’m thinking of doing the Lancashire one next year. There are quite a few fewer bikes but it is more of a ride rather than a stop/start city route.

in the interest of ‘Letting the Good Times Roll’ I also wore Green but it was not on public show. I didn’t think you would want to see me in my undies ๐Ÿ™„
