I have attached a picture showing the only fuel height dimensions I am aware of. It seems a bit primitive and is a bit of messing about but it does work.
With regards to your other questions, fitting pods reduces the resistance of the air being sucked through the carbs compared to the set up with the airbox. This in turn reduces the suction of fuel by the carb from the bowl. Therefore it is most likely you will need to increase the jet sizes to allow more fuel to be included in the mixture.
I cannot suggest the size of increase as I have not carried out this conversion but I would recommend speaking to a carb specialist who if worth his corn will be better equipped with knowledge to guide you. I would expect any adjustment would be as follows;
Pilot jet + 3 to 5
Main jet +10 to 15. This is very dependant on the pod resistance AND the exhaust resistance.
