I HAVE found the top mounts – ooops, I sent them off for powder coating.
It’s the front and rear plates that have decided to go AWOL ! They are in the garage somewhere. Bizzarely, one footrest hanger is also missing – obviously in the same bag.
I remember putting them together in a bag with parts I wanted passivating.
Old age eh !!!!
I also need a good rectifier. The one I have looks a wreck.
I hope to have the engine commercially steam cleaned in the next couple of weeks so I can get it down to the guy who is making the Webber manifold.
