All rubbed down and final coat of etch primer – ready for primer filler.
No reactions so far – fingers crossed. Although I am now using “proper” paint rather than rattle cans.
Ref my previous rant about the cost of those 4 little “dust cap” thingies that go inside the calipers ….. bit of lateral thinking – 3/8″ Chevy valve stem seals – £1 each !!!!
I’ve now got all the relevant nut / bolts fixings that went AWOL while the bike lay “resting”.
Still waiting to sort out the fork nuts – the ones that came from the US were slightly too big enough !!
