The seat and mudguard were finally beaten into submission and took a bar coat that didn’t react ! However, I decided to play safe and I sprayed them with the Satin Black textured paint I’m using in the engine / box.
The fork top nuts are still giving me a headache – down to my machine shop guy next week with all the parts and say “Make that fit ” !
I decided to hide the wiring for the Chinese mini switch through the bars – worked out OK.
