As the overwhelming response indicates that you’d like to see the project along the way, here is the next picture. After the box was opened and the parts laid out, it looks like I got a good deal, with all the parts and even some tools there to get the project started. The parts all looked in good condition too.

As it’s a bank holiday weekend I have a little time to work on the major undertaking this project represents. So with a holiday Friday behind me, the frame has been partially assembled.

Powder coating was an option, but I went for the naked look.

OK so my next project is here, but it has come as a box of parts but supposedly all complete. I’ll keep up some progress reports if people seem interested. Here’s the first pic, all the parts boxed up awaiting checking and assembly…

We had a slight mishap and dropped the bike which was too heavy to pick up so we had to use a mechanical aid..
