as I am a foreign visitor I have no idea what DVLA means.
… driver vehicle license agency, ok.
They decide which number is on the number plate, so what else do they do or which impact does it have?
“KK750CSR” would be nice 😉

PS: In Germany there is not to many choice for the number plate.
First one, two or three letters describe the area you are in.
Followed by one or two letters,
finished by a one to four digit number.
I’ve got AIC-Z76.
