in an act of foolishness i was moving a tree in the back garden and in a wreckless way managed to tear the muscles in my chest making it awkward to breath,i had 5 hours in a&e having xrays,ecg tests and other things, cant lift for 4 to 6 weeks 😯

Know all about that one, I’ve had costochondritis for years, once you’ve buggered up your ribcage you are stuck with it.
I managed to carry a 1600 beetle engine down my drive before my body cried enough.
Flared up again last year, i thought it was a heart attack.

thankfully I am fit and healthy compared to you old crocks on here. I’m just going to take my heart pills, and unstrap the back support which stops my spine crumbling and climb into my oxygen tent to help me breathe properly tonight.
