My God Karl you’ve got your work cut out with that one but full respect for taking it on. Think I remember seeing it on ebay? For your information the engine is a 1976/1977 B1 or B2.
If I have read your post right you have managed to get all you need except for rings. That I am impressed with but I am surprised you say Zpower have valves. I am very close with them and bought all their 750 twin parts. I used to work there and that is where I get my stuff at discounted prices which allows me to sell them cheaper in the shop here.
Let me know if you want rings but check they are standard size.
