I have the damaged barrels as well. Fortunately or unfortunately, depending on your view my cylinder head looks ok.
Not sure where you are, could send by courier or how quick you want them, I’m heading down south towards the end of March, A1M then south Suffolk. I am away at work until 10th of this month. If you drop me your number I can give you a call.
