OK it goes like this,750 twin engine into a ‘modified’ BMW R65 frame,as in my eyes the curve of the frame is very ‘Featherbed’ like and with some mods it will be a reasonable copy,I have the frame and yokes (luckily they take 36mm forks) and an alloy ‘cafe racer’ tank,can anyone tell me the width of a Z650 or 900/1000 swingarm at the pivot point as it needs a wide arm to fit between the frame at the pivot point and a 750 Twin arm is way too narrow.
