    Hi Lonesome Twins,
I decided to dismantle an almost complete LTD Y1 and to sell the pieces.
Look at this as an announcement.
I have to check the condition of wanted parts.
If you are in a hurry, don’t ask me for parts !
    History:
This bike has a damaged motor in 1998 (39.000km)
The motor was swapped with a B1/B2 motor for 1.600,- D-Mark (approx 800,- Euros)
Fitting that motor in year 2000 showed that the flywheel of an LTD doesn’t fit on the crankshaft of a B1/B2!
Return of the motor to the seller was not possible anymore!
So all the stuff is out of order since 1998 !!!
If you like to have some of the bits and pieces just send me a PN (private message) and suggest the price.
Please be aware that I have to ship from Germany and I have to check the freight cost prior to final pricing.

    Cheers, Michael

    That seems such a shame.

I think there would be much interest here in the exhaust but maybe you have already sold that in Germany.

Are the rear shocks original and OK? If so I am interested in those

    Cheers

    Hi murf,
your chop has a B1/B2 motor which originally has a contact ignition.
These LTD parts are contactless, can be used with a B1/B2 motor but you would need to have the ignition “blackbox” as well.
    Cheers, Michael
