Shut up Phatty.
It did satrt Saturday, just after you left. Its a vac petrol tap n i had it in the wrong position so fuel wern’t gettin in. Wish i was technically minded sigh . . . . .
Sat polishing engine casings last night. Oh the joy lol. Did actualy enjoy getting back into the swing of things hee hee
Yes dougyt i am back, alive and kicking.
Took my twin off the road about 3 years ago when the head gasket went and found the centre plugs to be corroded in. This means engine removal to drill them out and thought while the engine is out i will strip her down and do a full refurb so i started to collect bits together quite successfully in fact. To the tune ive now enough bits to build another one 😀
I need to get started as i miss her and the ZRX1200R is lovely to ride but not quite got the twins personality.
Hopefully work will begin in the next month, subject to garage space.
I will try and post pics and keep you all updated.
