Took the GS to get the carbs balanced saturday to a little bike garage in Stroud, little unit crammed full of bikes. First thing he wheels out is a twin, no tank on it but the seat/ mudguard looks familiar… Hmm, sidepanel says z750 on it- wahoo, first lonesome i’ve (knowledgeably) seen in the flesh!
Needs a fair bit of work but apparently it was rescued from a breakers, he’s managed to get it running at least.
Pointed him this direction anyway, know he needs a few bits for it, I said you folks could probably help!
It looked surprisingly small next to my GS, might just be ‘cos it didn’t have a tank on and had soft tyres but I had it stuck in my head that these were huge great things!
