Hi, I’m selling my twin. The bike has Belgian and Dutch papers. The bike is in good mechanical condition, but there’s a electronical charging problem. I have spare parts but don’t have the time to work on it since I have two toddlers at home and free time is rare.

I have the following spare parts (will post pics this weekend):

    – original spoke wheels with tyres (excellent condition)
    – original front mud guard (chrome in excellent condition)
    – stator and rotor
    – original carbs
    – second sadle, orginal baseplate, refurbished with leather one month ago
    – original kick lever
    – orignal brake lever
    – and some other small stuff

Well we don’t want you to sell the bike. Some of us are working on the charging circuit over here at the moment. When we are down we will have fresher knowledge for you. Please be patient.

To Be honest with you, I’m feeling the same way about mine at the minuet!

I’m loosing Time! Patience! and Money that I quite frankly don’t have at the minuet! Trying to get a Bike running for a dead line that is fast approaching!

I will hang on for a Little longer though! Why don’t you do the same for a bit!

Hi, I’m planning to buy an other bike in the very near future. I will probably hold on to my twin. I didn’t put it on the usual second hand websites in belgium and netherlands. Just tought that there’s a lot of twin-love on this website, If someone who has the time and knowledge to finish mine, I prefer selling it here. I know myself, if i have my other bike, i’ll rather be riding in my rare free time.

    I know what You mean!

I am so close to shoving this Kawasaki to the Back of the Garage and forgetting about it!
But I really wanted to get it up and running for this Belgium trip.
But it has to be 100% for me to go on it! if its not it would be dangerous for me! because I will be worrying about the bike and Not concentrating on my riding!

    This is my other Bike.

I really enjoy riding this thing.

Hey guys, don’t give up. I’ve had my fair share of problems when I got mine. The forks were bent, the fork yokes were bent when they were done and the brake unsiezed I got it MOTd. It blew the ignition coil on the first ride, and only 2 miles from home. When it was running again it ran for around 5 miles and the lights dimmed. I had to push it the last mile home. That was due to the alternator coils having been damaged and bodged up.

I’ve had her nearly 8 years, and every year I think I’ll get rid. Every time I ride it the urge to sell it goes again.

We respect your comments Belgiantwin. I do hope you keep her. If we can help shout up as we will be going near you in June and could call in. A possibility maybe?

Hi, I bought a Boxer two weeks ago and I’m enjoying the nice weather and riding it. I’ll start working on my Z during the easter holidays.

    Thx for asking!
