    Hi Just trying to get quotes for insurance for my 1976 b1 but it is not on the insurers database for that year only showing it starting in 1979, Can I ask anyone with an early b1 who they are insured with.

    Hi Airedale

    It is a bit of an issue here in the UK as they are not aware of the various models around.

    I am insured with Carole Nash and they do recognise the B1. My CSR is also down as a B1 though ha ha.

    I was previously with bennets and I think they recognised the B1 as well.

    Hi

    Thanks for response I went on carole nash website for a quote and they only show them manufactured from 1979, probably need to phone them, on bennets computer  it came up as an h2 two stroke!!
