howdy mac !
i figure the trick is to get one key to fit all ,
ignition , seat & steering lock …
aftermarket ignition switches are about
It’s a B3 and the key is 908.
sorry but i haven’t got that set ,
but if it’s just the ignition switch you need ?
ebay item 380015457980 might suit ?
Thanks, but the present ignition switch is good. I’d just like to have a spare key given my tendency to lose things. 😀
there is someone on ebay ,
i seem to recall any key number you like for $10 or there abouts .
next time i come across it i’ll let you know !
That would be great. I’d sure appreciate it.
Mack
all i can find at the moment is ebay item 370041022162
key type number 3 ??
Just to hijack a little, is there any other way to find a key number as I have not got the original keyswitch. I need to try to get the key for the seat lock, and one for the steering lock.
Can the number be found from stripping the seat lock?
you have a steering lock sir ?
best get them folks from cash in the attic round !!
seriously though ,
i have one in the shed and i’ll have a look at the barrel ,
but is there no sign of a key number on the one for the seat lock ?
I have no key for the seat lock, unless you count the ground down stump which originally fitted the old ignition barrel, and the seat lock.
Will inspect the barrel some time.
Where’s the best place to get replacement Kaw keys? I know Hondas you just get the code from the key and watch eBay for that code. How about Kaw?
Well, looky here:
