Hi
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to get a rattle can of paint for my b3. It is the luminous dark red and I need to paint one of my side covers as it is a totally different shade to the rest of the bike.

It sounds like the panel is probably from a B1.
Personally I am unaware of anything but I would suggest take the right panel to an auto paint suppliers that matches and get them to make you one. Where you have a problem is the base coats as variations can significantly alter the shade. If you want to do it on the cheap take it to halfraud’s or similar and do it that way. Make sure you check it outside in daylight NOT inside with artificial light.
