What do i do now the rocker cover bolt has snapped in the plug and the plug hasnt moved?

I made a simple slide hammer, the ones on the old lonesome engine were seized solid
Anyone have any tips for getting the cover plugs off the centre 4 head studs?
seem to recall ,
i placed a bit of 2 by 1 across the head for leaverage ?
