I found someone on Ebay before selling points for a variety of models. When I inquired about the suitability for a z750 they assured me they “probably would fit”. It kinda put me off going the Ebay route for points as it could get expensive taking pot luck with people who don’t have a clue what they’re selling lol.

I’m looking to do a service on the Z750 soon, I have oil, filters etc. but want to know if anyone has a good supplier for points?

as with all things, we have a network here, and between us we can get a bike picked up, and relayed along if we try. I have family in Heathrow who can get a bike to here, Big Gay Al is also helpful, and has a van he can use to pick up a bike if someone asks.

OK, you’re relying on this cylinder to stop you and the bike, instead of using a stationary object to slow you down when you hit it. I would take the slightly longer winded method of strip down and check it before fitting, and maybe just resealing it as a precaution.
Where brakes are concerned cutting corners is not a good idea.
