KaptainkwakKeymasterBack in the olden days you would use Piranha or Boyer but these don’t come up very often.
I believe that electronic ignition from the LTD models (not G) can be fitted with a small amount of rewiring but I have never done that.

MichaelParticipantHi guys,
I decided to make myself a X-mas present 😉
It is a digital ignition set from Sachse.
288,- Euros plus shipping.Installation instruction as a link in the very bottom of that page.
It is not free programable, but one can select from 9 preset ignition curves.
Interesting is that the ignition timing is always set to 0° for crankshaft rotation from 0 to 400rpm. That should make it very easy to kickstart the engine without the risk of “backfire” 😉
In addition I picked the recommended Dyna ignition coil.
Will test that stuff and report as soon as it is installed.
Cheers, Michael
