Hi folks
having owned 100’s of bikes I’ve never had a z750 twin,so I managed to buy one yesterday (hope to collect it this evening),I have no idea what model it is,it looks pretty much standard to me and has never been restored,I’m not sure if I should strip it and rebuild it from the ground up.or just give it a service and a wee bit of tlc,
Hi pat64 and welcome to the forum.
A great choice she is a good looking bike. I was talking to the previous owner a week or 2 ago and was tempted myself but I just don’t have the room for another.
Looking at her I think it is a B1. If you give me the frame number I can confirm which model it is.
I know pictures can deceive but she looks good enough to go so my suggestion is service, TLC and ride this summer. You can always restore her (if needed) in the winter months.
Cheers
KK
I’ll let you know the frame number once I collect the bike,it’s a 1976 I think…
Did you manage to pick her up?
not yet,I’ll be collecting it on thursday evening
