Hey Just to let you know i’m not dead, finally got my tunnel in the tank sorted so it sits on the frame as it should. so that means the green tank is off on ebay and all other bits that i don’t need, unless anyone here wants it ??
sorry about my blurred pic i will take some with a proper camera soon 🙂

HHmm Beer lol,
# The tank is now in the capable hands of my welder friend, he wants to try his new Plasma cutter out on it, so i’ll just let him play :hammer:
meanwhile I have put all new stainless engine bolts in, all the drive train is sorted, Suzuki rear brake caliper spaced correctly finally, happy days…K

Hi Michael,
Yes it does suit the build, and the frame only one top tube so it sits on nice, only thing i’m going to do is make the tunnel in the tank higher so it sits lower on the frame. 😎
Rgds Kaye….that’s today’s job…

Ha ha, yes CURVES LOL,
But the colour is Burnt Orange candy, over coarse silver metal-flake, i’m just waiting for some Lacquer to come 😉
Progress is slow sadly due to distractions…..like my feller and his hairdressers Porsche…..my boat BUT mainly BEER :pint:
I’m toying with the mustang tank hmmm

Hi Guys,
First Michael, thank you very much on your thoughts and ideas and yes i’m liking the idea of following the seat lines and i’m going to roll with that sort of idea, some inspiration is from a Triumph Hurricane (exhausts) and since the tank has been slimmed down a bit and the side panels need to meet the tank, and i’m most probably going…[Read more] -
