Whispering Wanderer
In which Colin Mayo describes the bike as ‘charming’ before summing it up by musing what a commonsense machine it is.

Hi TJ,
good to see you working on the oil supply of the turbo.
I have fitted the Tarozzi recessed footpegs in the same position as you did and found that the thread size is not matching.
The thread in the frame is “japanese standard” with MF10x1,25 (fine), while the Tarozzi stud is M10x1,5 (european norm thread / more coarse)
The bolt of the…[Read more]

It isn’t quite 100% accurate but for a nice change […]

I’ve had the flanges machined flat on the Weber manifold I still have. However it is the longer one. If you send back to me the ones you have I can get them done as well.

It is something I have never done. Those I know who have done it just use an aftermarket filter. Michaels advice is from experience and should be followed.

They are what Kawasaki supplied and fully compatible with the Givi Monokey system. The rear rack is genuine whereas the pannier racks I had made by copying the originals. we jigged up for that at sold a few sets at £50 plus postage. I can see if anymore can be made if your interested?
Let me know

That’s around £2000. Not a bad price for the condition.
Back in 2011 when I went to My sons wedding in Melbourne I wanted to seize the opportunity and ride with my son.
I looked at all options from getting my bikes to OZ and buying one out there. It was all far to expensive and complicated so I ended up borrowing my sons and riding alone.
