The air screws usually only make a difference up to around 1/4 throttle, I may be wrong on these carbs as I haven’t looked into it, but that’s a general rule of thumb.

Drink it (sensibly http://www.drinkaware.co.uk )
Use it to start a fire.
Strip some paint off some spare parts to repaint.
Degrease the engine with it.

I still haven’t motivated myself enough to find a set yet, or in actual fact motivated myself to even lift the cover on the bike and look at it even.

Glad you were pleased with your Z750 Joe, I know how you feel too, as I was as shocked at the torque when I rode mine the first time. They are a great bike to ride as you found out.
