Oh well this is my last chance highway,
This is the last can of the paint I have use for my bike. The supplier can’t get any more of it. So I hope and pray this one doesn’t mess up!DSC_0080.JPG
Managed to get my tank pinstriped and lacquered.
I must say I’m pretty happy with the results. And with it being twopack it shouldn’t react with petrol if I drip it!!Having gone through the same grief after spraying with Isolaor, you have my sympathy ! In the end I resorted to having the tank media blasted and started again from scratch. I went with cellulose as it’s what I’m familiar with.
No problems this time round !

Well after quite some time I have finally got around to completing my B1 back to Original
I got told by one of our German Friends that not to do this would be a Crime!So after honouring his views it would be appreciated Michael if you could pass on that this has been done.
It was the owner of the other Cafe Racer at the Meet in Belgium.

Not looking bad.. New tail section fitted complete with newly sprayed body work.

The newly sprayed tank with the badges and fuel cap now on… And the New Harley Davidson fuel tap got fitted just after this photo.

Starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel… Just the seat to recover, once I have decided on how I want it done.

I’ve got to say she looks amazing Tango. I can’t wait for the DGR now when we will have 4 750 twins together in style. We will be flying the Lonesometwin Flag in style.
