Not an expert on the turbo’s yet, but I intend to turbo a CD175 at some point this year after I have finished a couple of other projects I have going.
I am going to run an external oil pump using oil from the engine sump, I will use an oil cooler but I doubt you would need one on an engine as heavy as a KZ.

Exhausts are easy, I made my front pipes out of these (or similar)

I would also fit one of these because a KZ750 engine is not designed to rev (or make more than about 60 hp)

The 24th June is the first Saturday after the longest day,
Where are we going to meet?
Tan hill has camping and sometimes live music and is quite close to me.
We could have a ride out Saturday evening before arriving back before last orders, Sunday we could head to “Hawes” or “Devils bridge” bikers meeting places for breakfast before departing for home.But may be a little bit far North for soft butt Southerners!!
Any other suggestions for a venue?

P.S I still think paraffin would have fixed it!!
Ouch, Like people said use paraffin only don’t leave it in to soak, Drop a match in!!!!
Usually a few engines on ebay but pricy.
